Shipping policy

P&C Baking offers local delivery near our kitchen in Maryville, Illinois, and express shipping within the United States and to Canada.

Local delivery. We deliver within approximately 15 miles of Maryville, Illinois. Delivery is $5.00, and free on orders of $35.00 or more. There is no minimum order. After you place an order we will text you to arrange a drop-off time that works for you.

Shipping within the United States. Outside our nearby region we ship 2-day only, by FedEx 2Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, or USPS Priority Mail Express. Two-day is the only speed we offer, because our treats are perishable and we will not put them in transit any longer than that. Rates are quoted live by the carrier at checkout, based on your address and the weight of your package.

Close to our kitchen. If you are in Illinois, Missouri or the surrounding Midwest, you will also see a ground option starting around $6. In this region ground normally arrives within the same one to two days, so it is the cheapest way to get your treats while they are fresh. Ground transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed the way air service is.

Shipping to Canada. We ship express by DHL, UPS, or USPS, normally 1 to 3 business days in transit. No carrier offers a guaranteed 2-day service to Canada, so we send your order the fastest way available. Customs clearance may add time beyond our control, and any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Transit time is separate from make time. Everything is baked to order, so please allow 1–2 weeks for us to make your order before it ships, and then the transit time above. If you need your order by a specific date, use the date field in the cart and contact us before ordering.

Chocolate is heat-sensitive. During warm months we pack accordingly and may hold a shipment to avoid your order sitting in transit over a weekend.

All delivery and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave your order at the door or contact you to arrange another time.
